HCC APPOINTS GENERAL COUNSEL
HOUSTON (May 24, 2007) . . .
HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE symbol: HCC) announced today that
Randy D. Rinicella has joined the Company as Senior Vice President and
General Counsel.
Mr. Rinicella received a J.D. from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and an
M.B.A. from the Nance College of Business Administration at Cleveland State
University and a BS in Management from Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Rinicella has 20 years of legal experience and most recently served as Vice
President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dresser-Rand Group Inc.
